Tai Chi class for the 73 forms Sun Style. Learn this long form from Sun Style Tai Chi, including modifications for different ability and experience levels. The class meets on Mondays from 3 to 4pm. The cost is $60.00 for an 8 week session and $8.00 a class for drop-ins. Register by contacting Ed Kehoe.

A gentle Tai Chi exercise class for seniors. This class will help improve circulation, joint health and internal health functioning through a gentle routine of Tai Chi exercises.
